Adding Venue Information

To add venue information:

1. Log into InReality.
2. In the left side menu, click Setup.
3. In the drop-down, click Venues.
4. Select the desired venue.

This will open the Venue Details page. From here, you can add/edit information specific to a selected venue.

The following fields can be added/edited:

• Venue Name
• Tags
• Address
• Description
• Timezone
• Hours of Operation - This is used to define specific timeframes for data collection and align with your business schedule. This ensures after-hours staff activity doesn't affect customer analytics.

Note: You can use the copy and paste icons under Actions to duplicate Hours of Operation for appropriate days.

Once all desired information has been entered, click Save Changes in the top right corner. Then, click Publish Config.
