Scheduling Reports

To schedule reports from the InReality dashboard:

1. Log into InReality.
2. In the left side menu, click Dashboard.
3. Select the desired dashboard.
4. In the right corner, click the vertical ellipsis (⋮), then select Scheduled Reports.
5. Click the + icon to create a new scheduled report.

From here, you’ll configure the following attributes of the report:

• Name
• Frequency
• Time
• Day of Week/Month
• Timezone
• Recipients - This is used to add email addresses for recipients on the user list.

After the desired information is selected/entered, click Save.

You should then receive an email, notifying you that the report is ready.

To view the report:

1. Log into InReality.
2. In the left side menu, click Dashboard.
3. Select the desired dashboard.
4. In the right corner, click the vertical ellipsis (⋮), then select Scheduled Reports.
5. Click Report History.
6. Click the eye icon to the right of the desired report.

The report will appear as the dashboard view, showing all overview tiles and graphs from the timeframe selected.
